Career Counseling

Career counseling services are available to KP employees in the regions. Services include:

  • Individual and group career counseling
  • Skills and interest assessments
  • Individual development plans

Individual Stipend Program

The program provides wage replacement for time off taken from your regular work schedule for classroom attendance or study for up to 8 hours per week. To apply you must be a regular, benefited full time or part time KP employee, currently enrolled or accepted in an accredited one-year or longer professional or technical training program. You must be training for a position that has been designated a “critical” or “hard-to-fill” position by your region. Learn More >>

The Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust provides funding for training programs recommended by Regional Kaiser Permanente Workforce Development teams. To learn more, contact your career counselor or regional workforce planning and development team.
